Welcome to the saycheersgh.com website (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of our site, and your relationship with Say Cheers Ghana. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law, accessing our site confirms your understanding and agreement to the Terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions of use, please do not use the website.
The site reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided.
Please check these Terms and Conditions of use regularly for updates. Your continuous use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of these changes to the Terms and Conditions of use.
You must be of legal drinking age which is 18 years in Ghana. If you are buying a gift the recipient must also be over 18 years. When you place an order online you will receive a confirmation. This acknowledges that your order has been received. The site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to give additional verification or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order.
Availability Say cheers does its utmost to ensure that all wines offered on the website are currently available, but availability is limited, particularly because our stock is not only limited to our online shop but our retail shops as well, and all products are offered subject to availability.
Pricing and Discounts
Prices are given per bottle or as otherwise listed. Our general lists display the standard bottle price followed by a discounted price if there are any. Unless otherwise stated in respect of particular offers, prices include duty and VAT and are quoted in Cedis. Whilst we make every effort to ensure availability of wine offered and correct pricing, mistakes can occur. If a product is accidentally offered at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse to supply at the incorrect price and will contact you to see if you wish to proceed with the sale at the correct price. If we make a time-limited offer, any date given will be guide only and we will not be obliged to fulfill orders up to that date. We reserve the right to change any price of offer without notice.
We offer delivery services, there is also an option where you order online and pickup from our shops. Just select your local shop’s address in our website checkout and your wines will be available to collect from our shops. If there is not likely to be someone to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address, please give us details of a safe place or alternative address where we can leave your order. If your order is left somewhere at your request and subsequently goes missing we regret that neither we nor our couriers can take responsibility. If you are not available to receive your order we reserve the right to cancel your order.
When you register your details on this website or make a purchase, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to Say cheers maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you. If you opt in, this information may be used by Say Cheers to send you offers which we feel will be of particular interest to you. In addition Say Cheers may use information about you to make offers based on your wine preferences. Say Cheers will not pass on your personal information to any third parties. All details on transactions will not be shared. Products bought from our website are not returnable, However if the fault is ours we will receive and refund your money after 48hours provided the bottles are unopened and intact in their packaging, with your receipt. We reserve the right to reject your return if we suspect malicious intent.
